Respect: Use good Manners and don't hit anyone 

Responsibilities: Plan ahead, Think before you act

Fairness: Play by the rules 

Caring: Be kind

Citizenship: Be a good neighbor 

This pillar is a good thing. We all have this inside of us. We are all good and must treat others well. We can only go so far but with this in our life we can go even farther
